Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has participated in this incredible event that gives all the proceeds to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this wonderful cause and the nationwide event has gathered over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group participates every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for a great cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air looks forward to being involved in their community and sponsoring incredible events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To find out more about how you can get involved and raise awareness for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, go to their site.
