Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales programs offered for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training biannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty courses as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary education through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical workforce.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, resources, and framework for managing a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, conduct outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this course we study heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling skills, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes offered. Ongoing training given by the General Manager and applicable staff at center level.
